Ingredients

  • 1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, finely diced
  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Goat cheese
  • Flaky salt
  • Honey
  • Crostini, toasted

Directions

To make the Cosmic Crisp® Apple Bruschetta:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Cosmic Crisp® apple, strawberries, red onion, and mint. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine well.
  2. Spread a desired amount of goat cheese on each toasted crostini.
  3. Top each crostini with the apple bruschetta mixture.
  4. Sprinkle a generous pinch of flaky salt on top, followed by a drizzle of honey.
