This delicious combo of Cosmic Crisp® Apple, Burrata & Hot Honey is the perfect addition for your next dinner party!⁠ Cosmic Crisp® Apples are incredibly slow to brown making them ideal for use on a platter.

  1. Arrange the Cosmic Crisp® apple slices in a slightly overlapping circle on a serving platter.⁠
  2. Place the burrata in the centre.⁠
  3. Drizzle generously with the hot honey.⁠
  4. Scatter over the toasted pistachios and basil leaves.⁠
  5. Serve immediately with grilled sourdough.
