Lemon and Cosmic Crisp® Apple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
  • 1 large (or two small) lemons, juiced
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water

Directions

To make the Lemon & Cosmic Crisp® Apple Sorbet:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the container of an ice cream maker (such as a Ninja Creami) and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Place the container into the ice cream maker and select the sorbet setting. After the cycle ends, check the consistency. If it is still crumbly/icy, hit the re-spin setting and spin again.
  4. The consistency should be smooth like sorbet.
  5. Scoop and serve with desired toppings or make it boozy and top with a little prosecco!
