Directions

These Cosmic Crisp® apple chips are done in just 3 Simple Steps:

  1. Slice the Cosmic Crisp® apple into 3 mm thick slices.
  2. Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Dehydrate in the oven at 90°C. Bake for 3 hours if you prefer chewier slices, or 4 to 5 hours for crispier slices.
